Returns

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Tulchan purchases, you can return them to us within 28 days for a full refund, and we pay for the return postage.

It is very important that item(s) for which you would like a refund are returned to us in a saleable condition. Please ensure the item is unworn, that all labels are still attached and that it is in the orignal packaging. 

Once you have decided to return the items to us, Please do not use them and take good care of them whilst they are still in your possession. The items must be returned to us intact and undamaged, as soon as reasonably possible.

On receipt of the returned item we will refund to the original method of payment the full price paid. The original delivery costs will not be refunded to you.

Returning Goods by Post:

We currently only accept returns through the post. If you wish post back an item, please follow the instructions below:

  • Clearly write your name, address, postcode and order number on the returns form enclosed
  • Complete the returns form, carefully ensuring that all boxes have been filled out correctly and enclose with your goods
  • Wrap the items in the packaging provided and seal
  • Stick the Freepost returns label on the front of the parcel
  • Take the parcel and the original dispatch note to your local post office
  • Please make sure that you obtain "proof of posting" certification which you should retain until the refund has been processed

PLEASE REMEMBER TO COMPLETE THE RETURNS FORM WITH YOUR RETURNED PRODUCTS

Your rights under part 3 of the terms and conditions are in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you wish, you may notify us by email at customerservices@tulchanonline.co.uk, that you wish to cancel your order before the end of the statutory cancellation period (7 days from the day after you receive the goods). You must then return the goods to us along with the returns form as previously mentioned.

Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
