We understand concerns about security and take every possible measure to make our website safe and secure.

Why do you need my email and telephone details?
So that we can contact you if there are any problems with your order or delivery. We will not pass these details on to any one else.

Will you pass my details on to third parties?
We will never pass on your email address on to a third party. However, if you have given your permission we will from time to time send you details of offers from other companies that we think may interest you. If you decide you no longer wish to receive these offers, you can email us at contact@tulchanonline.co.uk and remember to include your name and address.

How do I find out about sales and special events?
By signing up to receive the Tulchan newsletter you will be the first to know about sales and special promotions. Click the link on the Homepage and enter your details. We will never pass your email address on to anyone else.

How do I place an Order?
You can order online anytime day or night. You can telephone your order on 0845 470 6364 from 8.30am – 5pm Monday –Friday. You can send your order using the order form in your Tulchan catalogue.

Is it safe to use a credit or debit card online?
We encrypt your card information so that your transaction information is private and protected as it travels over the Internet. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to access this information. However, if you are still unhappy about placing an order over the Internet, please call us and place your order over the phone.

How do I use a promotional code when placing my order?
In order to activate a promotional code, you need to insert this in the promotional code box and validate it. When you have finished adding products to your basket, click on the basket button on the top right hand of your screen. Underneath the summary of your orders, you will find the Promotional Code Box. Enter the code here and click the validate button. You will then see a message to confirm that the code has been activated.
