Delivery, Postage & Packing
Delivery, including postage and packing, is charged at the following rates:
- Second Class Post £4.00. Please allow 5-7 working days for your parcel to arrive
- First Class Post £6.00. Please allow 3-5 days for your parcel to arrive
To select the required postage, please use the drop down box underneath the order summary on the basket page.
If you spend £50 or more with Tulchan, Second Class postage is FREE! This will automatically be deducted from your basket total if you reach the £50 spend level.
All returns are free of charge! As long as you return the goods within 28 days of receipt, unworn, in the orginal packaging with the labels still attached, then we will exhange or refund in full. Simply use the adhesive reply paid label on your delivery note, stick it to the outside of your parcel that contains the goods and your returns note, and send it back to us. We recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting receipt from the Post Office as we can only refund on receipt of the returned goods.
At present, on-line orders can only be delivered within the UK & Ireland and the USA. Your delivery charges will be confirmed at checkout.

If you place your order online before 2pm, we will do our utmost to dispatch it the same day. However during busier times we will dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. If the delivery is going to be delayed we will let you know. We will not take payment until your order has been dispatched.
