Tulchan offer free UK delivery (standard second class delivery) for all orders over £50 and free returns on all UK orders. 

If you’re not 100% happy with a purchase, you can return it free of charge for an exchange or refund.*

If you place your order online before 12pm, we will do our utmost to dispatch it the same day. However during busier times we will dispatch your order within 1 - 2 working days. We will not take payment until your order has been dispatched. Please note: This only applies to weekdays.

If you spend £50 or more with Tulchan, second class postage is free! This will automatically be deducted from your shopping basket.


We also accept orders in Euros.

Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes that will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel along with any costs for customs clearance.

Please allow 7-14 working days for your parcel to arrive. We accept returns from international customers but you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.


Only products purchased via the Tulchan website may be returned using the method outlined below.

*All UK returns are free of charge. All we ask is that you return the goods within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be unworn and returned in the original packaging with the labels still attached for a refund to be issued. On receipt of the returned item we will refund to the original method of payment the full price paid including any basic delivery charges (but not any extra you paid for speedier delivery).

Please note it may take up to 10 days for your refund to be processed. During sale periods refunds may take longer to process.

Returning Goods by Post:
We currently only accept returns through the post. To return any items, simply use the reply paid label on your delivery note and attach it to the outside of your parcel that contains the goods. Please complete your returns note and enclose this in the package with the items you are returning. We recommend that you obtain a ‘Certificate of Posting’ receipt from the Post Office as we can only refund on receipt of the returned goods.


We are happy to exchange products that are returned to us within 30 days with no additional charges.

The exchange must be for the same item and same price (e.g. different size).  All items must be unworn & with their original label still attached. Please complete your exchange note and enclose this in the package with the items you are exchanging. We recommend that you obtain a ‘Certificate of Posting’ receipt from the Post Office as we can only exchange on receipt of the returned goods.

Distance selling regulations
Your rights under our terms and conditions are in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you wish, you may notify us by email at: that you wish to cancel your order before the end of the statutory cancellation period (14 days from the day after you receive the goods). You must then return the goods to us along with the returns form as previously mentioned. Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

Product Guarantee
At Tulchan we take pride in the design and manufacture of our products. By using quality materials and skilled craftsmanship, Tulchan’s garments are not only stylish and comfortable but durable too. On the occasion that you experience a fault with your Tulchan garment please get in contact and we can investigate this further. 

We offer a six month product guarantee for all items from the date of purchase and we will replace the item if it is deemed faulty upon inspection. Please note, our guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents or incorrect wash care.
